In the scope of its social responsibility mission and promotion of inclusion in the job market, EFAFLU has hired a young individual with intellectual disabilities, trained and supported by the social solidarity institution (IPSS) MAPADI – Parents and Friends Movement for the Mentally Disabled, from Póvoa de Varzim, to join its logistics department team.

MAPADI is a non-profit IPSS, founded in 1976, whose mission is to provide quality services to individuals with intellectual disabilities in the municipality of Póvoa de Varzim, aiming to meet their needs and expectations and promote their quality of life.
